When you use sending messages boxes in the website or send emails to us through our email you
are communicating with us electronically and thereby consent to receive communications from
us electronically. You will be getting messages and reminders for vaccinations and elective
surgical procedures from time to time.
Unique Clinique does not take responsibility of products that are sold by the clinic unless there is
Unique Clinique label on the product. If you are not satisfied with product purchase from Unique
Clinique should return to the Clinique in its unused condition for full refund. If there is a
problem while using the product Unique Clinique will take its best action to resolve the problem
with discussing the matter with the respective company or organization. However there will be
no guarantee of refunding the total cost incurred.
Appointments and cancellations
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact immediately on
0767890658 through a call or text. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will lose your points which
will you be given a significant discount with your future consultations and treatments. Please
arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes in advance.
We will always assess the clinical condition of your pet or animal and will provide you with
possible options. It is your duty to select the option which you are comfortable with. If you are
unable to select a suitable option you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation.
By signing a consent form prior to surgical or complicated clinical procedure you agree to abide
by the rules and regulations laid down by Unique Clinique.
No credit or debit cards will be accepted and payment should only be done by cash.
